Devils pool is a naturally formed rock pool, in Victoria Falls. If you have been researching holiday packages to Victoria Falls, no doubt you would have come across the pictures that show people in the water, looking like they are about to be swept over the edge of the falls. This is Devils Pool. People are able to lie in this pool, in relative safety, as there is a natural rock formation right at the edge of the pool that prevents them from being swept over the side and down the falls. However, please keep in mind that you should only ever go there with a guide, and never during the wet period, as the water level is dangerously high, meaning you can be pushed over the rocks and down the falls.
